Seasons Stitching Panel - Winter

from £12.50

Designed by ceramist and illustrator Lucy Baxendale these quirky embroidery panels are perfect for red work style embroidery. Or, if you’re feeling creative ... make it up, mix it up with different stitches and colours.

We have kept it simple, we supply a little booklet of different stitches (these are not instructions on how to stitch the panel, just seggestions on what stitches you can use), a postcard with the drawn design and the panel. This means you can do what ever you want, and use what ever threads you feel like.

However if you want to acheive you can use when you purchase the panel, we have stitched ours in mostly stem stitch with some small areas of french knots and satin stitch. For the Winter panel we would suggest our Ocean Voyage 6 colour pack.

The design is available on a plain cotton or a linen base fabric (the stitched sample is in our cotton base) with a printed pale outline of the design.

The cotton panel is approx 30cm square with the design taking up a circle of approx 22cm. It fits beautifully in a 10” hoop.

The linen panel is approx 42cm square with the design measuring approx 30cm. It is a great size for making into a cushion.

Paint-Box Threads is a small independent craft business run by Zoe (full time Paint-Box Boss) and Betty (part-time Paint-Box Elf). We keep it small so we can offer a truly bespoke and personal service.

We aim to ship orders out the next working day, and answer emails with in 3 days, but sometimes studio pressures and life get in the way making it take a bit longer. If in doubt, please contact or re-contact us to send your query back up the to-do list!

We love that you want to support us and keep our two and four legged dependents in treats.
